I felt very bad work experience with this company. Their is no documentation like Appointment or experience letter., As well as no ESI, PF aur leaves facility for employee satisfaction. No job security as all things related to job or designation or salary all are verbally decided.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
