1. Unachievable Target Set and based on that Performance Allowance set upto Min 80% - No past history for old employees achieving. 2. For everything throughout your carrier here, need only to demand for needs 3. Salary hike is 18 months once 4. No strong technical skilled person currently in tech support 5. Conveyance is worst and not followed commonly. It varies person to person. 6. Product Pricing seems too high as showing they are the only superior in Indian make. 7.
