Likes

You get to learn many new things if you're an design enthusiast. You get to play different roles and not just stick to one job role. Also you get to interact with people of different profession and learn from them.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Boss is really strange. He is a good person by heart but makes you work on same thing 100 times. He doesn't know how to direct and lead.
