Since it's a small plant I have to do a lot from every feild, so learning is good.

Dislikes

Nothing is good here, the management is always trying to micro manage people. Either you are a general manager or a labour there you get the same value from the management.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
