My following team mates is good,there nature is also good.they help me to new learning.work environment is heavy.your responsibilities is high.

Salary is low as per our work.work load so high you work as a labour .on site ,electrical problem I solved but some nearby people can trouble in site .also our project engineer is not there at that time.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I solved all problem in and out field, means electrical or other problem. at start I work as a supervisor in switchgear .then improve my self in as a site engineer.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
