*The promoters gets easily influenced on anything and want to apply same things what is good at others location without introspected the things at their own centre. * Job security is a myth here, I have seen many times that the director called out people and said no need to come from tomorrow. * No matter how good you do they will never appreciate you or your work. *They treat people like their salve who should work for them 24/7 with salary of 7 to 8000 pm There are many things which they are on top when it is about harrassing and exploiting the employees. Many times you feel lucky that you are associated with shreya Eye Centre but only if your director whose owner of the hospital likes you, he likes you only if you can work on all 7 days spending more than 10 hours in the hospital, it was 11 hours earlier as the shift hours were 10 hours a day which is now 9 hours but extra time is a must if you are working in Shreya Eye centre.
