Nothing to like there, the owner needs "Yes Sir" culture.

The owner behaviour towards internal staffs was very very rude and he think eveyone is a Donkey. He use bad languages and even take family names like maa and baap. Very unprofessional.

Very very bad exp. I had work under this organisation for 2 years no growth at all. HR and boss orieanted company.

The Management is not at all healthy in this company.Lot of Politics are going on in the office.The behaviour of Management is not at all good.The Humiliation is much more.There is no proper infrastructure in the organization.None of the new person cannot stay more than a year. Not at all healthy.I have done of my level best to increase Sales,System,Team Building.But after that Company has thrown me in this Pandemic situation due to cost cutting and set up is being already prepared by me.
