Unreasonably extended working hours - 12 Hrs / day for 6 days/week. No appointment letters and statutory payments to governments like EPF, Professional Tax are not paid to Government but deducted from salaries. Poor working conditions in terms of hygiene. GST non compliant. Person specific leave approval and haphazard deductions from salaries. Delay in payment of Salary but funds are diverted to other business of owner or other personal purposes....Read More

Management is worst .they don't even pay my salary and they didnt care about employees in pandamic situation , after lockdown also they didn't even give salarys of previous month's to employees and they scold bad word when we ask for salary and threatened us with their actions
