Infosys is a service based Indian MNC which all its merits and demerits of being an Indian MNC. Campus is beautiful with lots of facilities. Training over online platform LEX is very good where you can find the topic of your technical choice. Free amazon/Microsoft certification vouchers etc. Salary is ok in India.

Dislikes

Promotions are purely based on manager's will and the manager is also human with all human traits. Many of us joins the MNCs like Infosys in dream of onsite opportunity. First you have struggle a lot to get an opportunity and if you are unlucky ( yes you read it correct) enough and being sent to onsite you will curse yourself ( If you landed with your family) everyday. You will lead the life of a bagger. If you are bachelor you will able to save but if you have family you will regret your decision. Managers doesn't want to leave Infosys as they want to stay long time, so they pull other for small small issues. Work life balance - Need to work morning 9 to night 9 for majority of the projects. Slavery (before the client) Leave policy - only 15 days leave for one year.. That's it. Compensation policy - Always you will get 60% variable pay only.
