1. The company has toxic work environment. 2.There is no opportunities for new skill development. 3.Management appears friendly but engages in politics behind the scenes. 4. Employees are requested to work half days on official holidays, while the company requires some days notice for leave requests. 5. There is excessive office politics 6. The company negatively impact many employees careers.

I only worked for few days and quickly realised that the company's management and the owner Mr Ronak have outdated business ideas. They could let you go anytime and the work culture is very strict. I wouldn't recommend this company for the long term.
