Unfortunately, there is little to like about the workspace.

1. The company has toxic work environment. 2.There is no opportunities for new skill development. 3.Management appears friendly but engages in politics behind the scenes. 4. Employees are requested to work half days on official holidays, while the company requires some days notice for leave requests. 5. There is excessive office politics 6. The company negatively impact many employees careers.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
