I was invited for interview, they took my interview. after taking interview they didn't inform me my result, stop answering my calls, when I visited in their office after 10 days, they said they will declare my result in next 3-4 days, again they didn't declare my result neither answer my calls. don't be trap in this company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
