The job is really interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as that was my starting. But the environment is really very nice.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
