I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

As I worked here 4years I got chance to experience various work I.e purchasing, dispensing, maintaining stock, counseling, keeping records.Work environment was nice, cooperating coligues as well as manager.Here I didn't feel any workload.Total experience was very good.

Dislikes

Incriment in salary was too late and less.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
