Other than PF and ESI, company provides no other benefits. MD will not visit the company on a regular basis and he will rely solely on employees who have been with company since it's inception. And those 4 - 5 employees acting like pillars of the company while abusing it. They take advantage of arriving late to work, leaving withoutnotice and so on. Moreover company has paid Rs<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.10,000 as salary for all employees from helpers to CEO levels during complete lockdown days</mark>. And deducted 30% of salary in every month from all the employees for more than year due to Covid reasons....Read More

Timing is flexible and getting leave is not an issue. Salary will be on time for most of the time.

Worst for job security. Cant grow or learn anything. Management not at all good since only one person is incharge.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
