Other than PF and ESI, company provides no other benefits. MD will not visit the company on a regular basis and he will rely solely on employees who have been with company since it's inception. And those 4 - 5 employees acting like pillars of the company while abusing it. They take advantage of arriving late to work, leaving withoutnotice and so on. Moreover company has paid Rs.10,000 as salary for all employees from helpers to CEO levels during complete lockdown days. Worst for job security. Cant grow or learn anything. Management not at all good since only one person is incharge.
