Good company to gain knowledge. And the boss's are respectful and professional.

They Don't pay proper salary. To give you an example. Once a customer bought a product from me and the boss said give them a pay later option.. The payment was not done and I had already left the company. They didn't pay me that amount and took it from my salary.. I was really in need of that money and they didn't care. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
