Terrible working hours i.e. 24/7 even after not mentioned in the offer letter. The customer support manager's behavior (Needa Siddiqui) was too terrible even after giving a better performance. Don't ever join this company concerning yourself and a person who bears a family behind him/ her. 24/7 working hours won't allow you to spendsome leisurely time with your family. If there is an electricity problem that has gone on for a longer time say a day or two and you mention it in your group the manager herself will keep calling you or message several times in the group itself whether electricity has come back or not even after giving a valid reason. The manager (Needa Siddiqui) doesn't have professional etiquette on how to treat her employees and also doesn't hold a PG degree in management. Someone needs to teach her all this and I don't know on what basis has she been hired for that customer support manager position....Read More
