I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Seriously nothing other than the lovely sweet words at the time of joining. All benefits are limited only for relatives of the management.

Dislikes

Honestly nothing to be liked..!! Payments hardly on time; minimum lag of 2 months for salary. Disgusting environment that includes dirty internal politics. The more you come to know.., the more you start disliking this firm. Threatening & harassing when quitting the firm even after completion of the visa period.
