No encouragement for any updating work and support for new things Carrier growth is slow and Different policy for person to person

Overall it's Good but didn't get inough chance to do something extraordinary I learn everything on job and implied it through team supporting

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
