Work life balance was well maintained.

The director will first commit on your leave but once you come back he will say that I think it is unprofessional of you to take a leave. Also, they will access you based on revenue generation only irrespective of any other work that you do (Like operations, GST filing, tally, etc) The owners also do not trust your word and you will have to give them sufficient proof of anything you do. Even if you have loose motion they will ask you to present a doctor's prescription. Even if you do present it they will say it is forged....Read More

Work Details

In the beginning it was good but as months passed they went back on their word and asked me to do field sales. I was against it as that was one of the conditions that made me join SeedUp.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
