Owners does not no the basic principle of running the company and how to utilize the potential of the working staff, Management does not reimburse incentive even after getting business to the company, Management do not value an individuals unique strengths. No paid leaves, earned leaves, benefits to staff even policy is in process. No job satisfaction.
