Company is not registered,uses fake websites,takes huge amount of money in name of conferences and then closes all the websites,fraud, then same people some with different name and websites and continue same fraud

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
