I was working from home so can't elaborate much about office culture. But HR & Trainer were good.

Salary credited on 15th of the month also salary not fixed, it's depends on performance. No leaning, no growth. One thing science domain international never hire you directly. They use some alias name, most common alias is MB International media & publishing house.

Sciencedomain International has excellent work-life balance. We never had overtime or extra assignment after the office hours. Lots of fun and office picnic or get-together parties almost every month. Excellent learning environment for new employees.

Dislikes

Very tough office policies and not easy to adopt at the beginning. We can not use whatsapp, facebook, phones during office hours.

I like the work atmosphere. The management is friendly and positive. I could learn a lot, as I joined as a fresher, just after the college. The training was adequate, and my trainer was friendly. The workload is normal like any other private companies.

Dislikes

I expected more salary. Anyway, they given me moderate hike. They don't allow to use mobile phones during working time. Instead they provide some office numbers which can be used by all employees for their personal communication. I felt that was somewhat troublesome for me.

I have learned so many thing like many things about ms word Excel and computer basically it's helps me to improve my computer knowledge.

Their behaviour is awful, manager is so so bad, no increment they just gives you promotions but didn't give you a single penny extra for good work, they didn't allow mobile phones and didn't allow employees to a refreshments like 10 mints of rest or something, huge and huge work I mean they gave a load of two employees in one employee, no particular working time working time is sometimes 10hr and more because of the pressure.
