Their behaviour is awful, manager is so so bad, no increment they just gives you promotions but didn't give you a single penny extra for good work, they didn't allow mobile phones and didn't allow employees to a refreshments like 10 mints of rest or something, huge and huge work I mean they gave a load of two employees in one employee, no particular working time working time is sometimes 10hr and more because of the pressure. Good company for learning. Only hard workers can sustain and be happy in this organization. No scope for lazy people. As a hard worker I have got proper promotion and awards. I am happy.

Dislikes

Lots of office politics are there. Less chance to directly interact with the top management or Directors.

I was working from home so can't elaborate much about office culture. But HR & Trainer were good.

Dislikes

Salary credited on 15th of the month also salary not fixed, it's depends on performance. No leaning, no growth. One thing science domain international never hire you directly. They use some alias name, most common alias is MB International media & publishing house.

I have worked here approx 8 months a deputy manager. They have very strict rules and policies, which helped me to organize myself for my future. The managers are very cooperative during training. Hands-ON training is the best thing. Management is also friendly.

Dislikes

Salary package can be improved. But it is not bad also compared to other companies. But my expectation was more. Regarding office politics I must say that there are some craps who don't like good performers.

A very good company for freshers and mid level employees. Excellent work life balance. Moderate work pressure with moderate monthly targets which are achievable if tried sincerely. Office politics is there.

Office politics and strict policies like no use of mobile phones during office hours.
