It was alright until 2000. With the induction of new superintendent with no sailing experience seaman commadrie was lost.master lost all control on ship running ultimately taken by shore staff

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
