The job is secured fully and there is no complain regarding monthly payment which is fixed in a certain date like 1st week of every month but the working hours can varry due to overtime period and the overtime rate is also fine for all but I needs a better offer for my carrier that's why i am leaving that construction otherwise it'stoo preety for a freshers or a experience person...i am happy to work with them....Read More
