Zero satisfaction. Bad behaviour. Zero value of ofroll employees. Mainly SM Manoj Gogoi treat this company as his fathers assets. I have never seen classless manager like Manoj Gogoi in my 10 years career. Only becaus of his 3rd class behaviour, people donot stay in this organisation for long time.
