I enjoyed my 5 year tenure working at Sayre therapeutics. I have joined as an assistant manager and promoted twice and given multiple responsibilities in the last 5 years, which means, there will be a growth, if you are performing. There was a tremendous learning and I am able to manage/run a large team in the current company using my experience at Sayre. Top management is very approachable and you can reach out to the CEO at any point to discuss the issues and he is good at helping with solutions. I saw lot of people commenting on salary and culture, but I don't agree as lot of startups fired people due to heavy losses during covid, but I can confidently say that Sayre didn't fire a single employee during this period. There are Salary cuts, but I can understand the situation considering Covid and other factors. Running a startup in a highly competitive world is not easy, but I can confidently say that Sayre has done and will do a great job under the leadership of Mr. Shukrit....Read More

It is not going good, it's screwed my life. I used to work like animal. Wherever you go you supposed to carry laptop and support even if someone is dying..
