I enjoyed my 5 year tenure working at Sayre therapeutics. I have joined as an assistant manager and promoted twice and given multiple responsibilities in the last 5 years, which means, there will be a growth, if you are performing. There was a tremendous learning and I am able to manage/run a large team in the current company using my experience at Sayre. I saw lot of people commenting on salary and culture, but I don't agree as lot of startups fired people due to heavy losses during covid, but I can confidently say that Sayre didn't fire a single employee during this period. There are Salary cuts, but I can understand the situation considering Covid and other factors. Running a startup in a highly competitive world is not easy, but I can confidently say that Sayre has done and will do a great job under the leadership of Mr. Shukrit....Read More
