I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Extremely unhealthy, unprofessional, highly political, highly demotivating, direction less working environment. Cherry on the top is HR. HR is a mess, for their survival they creates clashes between employees, always busy in gossips and back biting. I had to quit in just four months. Not advisable for the professionals coming from corporate environment. 👎
