In this epidemic situation they are not support me even no one call me.worst company every.Not paid my salary from march'20 to till date,said that our financial condition not good we are not paid your salary u can leave the company.

Dislikes

First of all then are not co-operate with his employe.Not paid salary on time.In epidemic situation they not paid salary and not received phone call.I recommend to everyone not join in this compan.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
