A company which promotes marketing programs which are archaic and mangers do telecalling to get leads to justify the marketing spends.

Lack of clarity.Chaotic and unfit people in leading roles.

Work Details

Mail starts from your Singapore clients at 7.30 am and ends at 2. PM. Rest of the time the team sleeps and again gets active at 6 to 10 PM.No family life.Only jargon and bad influences

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
