There are very professional. Timing maintained on everything's, salary received on timing everytime.

Critical for wanted perfection, they are very good company but they are not updated. Have to be accept the ideas.

It's a big & good film production company in India.l live the fact that I am part of team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product productions and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
