The company is newly installed. I am part of installation team .no specific job title.engaged with all type of job.product is local market base.there have no any other technical person.i have been engaged as technical, as well as production ,and official supervising.

Skill development - Excellent

No compensation.growth is very slow.working has no limit..every day compulsory duty for 12 hours.after depent on call.there have no job training facilities, No job security.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
