There is nothing to like about

Dislikes

They is no HR. It's like banana republic. They don't even provide basic needs during travel. The owner takes all the decision. And he is very rude, dishonest and cries every time for money. You literally have to beg for your own site allowance and other rights. There is no proper salary time. Salary is generally credited to your account after 7-8th of next month.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
