Likes

I was working to improve work culture among staff and teachers and to create a good image of school in the eye of society for school promotion and advertising as well as I was working on new methods of teaching to improve efficiency and effectiveness. I lost the job due to CORONA So the only bad thing was there and that is Job Security.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Staff was good and Director sir was very supportive and always shown trust on my work as per career it was good because I was working in high designation but due to CORONA pandemic initially parents didn't agreed to pay remaining fee and that's why the school was unable to work on development and training and thats where I lost my job.

Work Details

It was great I was working to improve the educational efficiency and school promotion as well both was amazing

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
