Employees are really good.

Dislikes

The employer gives no value to their employees. Employees are hard working but the employer never appreciate their hard work. Office has no working environment. No senior to guide, even article has to work from their own with no proper reviewal and if something happened, employer blames article. Compensation is really bad. You have to come on sundays even if you don't have an urgent work to do.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
