There's poor management. No scope to learn and up skills option.

Seniors and Manager are not at all helpful or supportive. There is no work culture or job security. They hire only during the peak work months and lay off the staff without any prior notice. Manager was very rude. They don't have proper working hours and as per the manager, you have to work full day, even on national holidays, because its WFH. She would send work at odd hours like 7am or 10pm. Pay was very less as compared to other companies....Read More
