I like the work is assigned to me , I have work from home benefits also Every Employee has Helpful nature.

Dislikes

The Management is very bad, work balance is not proper. They will not give you Confirmation letter so you will remain on Training period after 1yr also. Suddenly they can change their policies and comes with working bond.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
