Likes

As a hairstylist I like the service process where I have to calculate how much product should I use, and the approx amount price I have to tell my client. What I like is it's make us more ownermineded, which is good to grow the business.

Salary - Good
Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

Some very basic refreshment things are not provide to the staffs. That is not expected. There is no HR, so no one will listen your words.

Work-life balance - Poor

It's very good, I'm enjoying the every moment of working

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
