The only thing I liked here is I got to learn more in accounts bcoz of my Colleague & friend Accounts Manager

Dislikes

Here staff who are well experienced & working hard are not given proper CTC. Instead they recruit freshers who are not so knowledgeable and are ready to work for low salary.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
