Sai Polytechnic is established in 2009 to impart technical education in the backward area of Vidarbh region of Maharashtra.I am working their from the beginning of the institute hence I have coordinated almost all the activities conducted in the institute . in 2011 I was promoted as In charge Principal and attended varies industrialand induction traings.job security is good as I am working since 2009.Working culture is so good and the bueatyful invironment makes academic excellence. Life balance is good.and more scope for innovation as it is not a old college....Read More

Dislikes

Salary is not regularly paid. Staff is not sufficient . most of the staff is freshers hence most of their work is need to do.college leaving frequency of staff is more. Hence it is very difficult to manage the work.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I am the inchrge Principal of the college. I have to satisfy the student staff and management also. Since the college is in rural area hence less facilities are available.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
