Managent position not educated qualifi ed and experience. Promotion & top manager given internal family members and relatives only. No value of your work performance. Salary payment not ok as per work responsibility and experience. No hopes of promotion. Office staff salary very less & not received as per time.

From beginning public and agent team handling developed myself. In company always pressure on fund mobilization work so we developed strategy to handle it. But presently no support from team leader for public grevences . So we are helpless on situation.
