The newcomers who are hardworking and only interested in work can use this job as springboard,that is learn and take experience certifiacte and move on within a year

Dislikes

The boss keeps a watch on the employees secretly even after the office hours; as he doesn't understand that after hours the employee has got his/her own personal life The co-workers crack practical jokes,humiliate each other, while working play computer games. The boss, always finds faults in your work and loves to insult newcomer boys openly.
