The work environment is very friendly, there's alot of scope for learning new skills and personality development.

What so ever you do, expectations always going to be high, and you are on your own. No team work, if you are a fresher then it's not at all a right place for you. You'll lose all your confidence. If someone really want to join Saffron's get some experience and then apply. All the best!
