Being a start up, there should be lots of work and opportunities. But it's now six months, almost no work.. Learning is zero, hence no growth opportunities. Very very slow decision making from Owner who is a typical Marwari, he doesn't trust anybody and doesn't delegate. Not sure from where he is bringing money to give salary. Also there is no salary date. Sometimes it seems we won't get salary itself. If work doesn't start soon, then career wise it will be very risky. Also no proper benefits. Notice period is also 3 months. Some people who like not working are there from beginning and they think they are the soul of the company. Joined because of reference call, but now stuck and it was a bad decision....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
