1) Selfish, manipulative and inhuman nature of senior partner. Initially you never get to see the real faces. 2) appraisal once in two year. hike does not match the inflation rate for a year. Also, you need to rigorously be behind senior partner for hike otherwise consider working at same salary till you stay with them. 3) Salary isvery less than what is offered currently in industry. 4) Only five/six national or festival holidays a year. Paid leaves are also difficult to get most of the times. 5) very conservative people and atmosphere. 6) Unhygienic and stinking place. 7) No basic facilities provided like water, tea/coffee, AC, basic infrastructure which required in office, etc. 8) Favoritism and unfair treatment highly followed. 9) You need to be good at reconciliation of bank statement because every month a different number is credited as salary. when you go for asking the calculation the answer will be anything vague. For example- "just like that I credited some amount, I was busy". Also, you never get the balance amount settled because this goes on and on. 10) Consider working for free when you serve notice period. All previous employees have complained that there last month salary accounts was never settled in full. 11) Calls on sunday/ national holiday for work. Sometimes for compensating your personal leaves and sometimes in the name of "Work Pressure" 12) It will be okay if junior partner comes on his own time for work or takes frequent off in the name of work from home but it is not okay if you have genuine reasons. 13) No perks apart from bonus which is also not necessary that you will get. 14) Hike comes along with some sort of schemes which is advantageous just to the senior partner. For Example- deducting apart of salary and crediting it as annual payment, accepting for hike and later holding it back in the name of performance based bonus and never receiving it. 15) there is no scope to grow here financially or in your career.
