Do not join this place. It's more of like a government department. Employees behave as if they are the boss. No standard rules. Different rule for different people. People lack required knowledge. Working on Sundays and late night is normal with no extra pay. Join here only if you are looking for something temporary or you do not have any other choice.

Do not Join this place. The Partner's and senior staff lack professionalism. Employees behave as they are the boss. No standard rules, partiality on articles/staff if you do not belong to Kannada community. Senior staff lack knowledge and skills, they are there because they are related to partner - No Skills, knowledge, unprofessional behavior, the list goes on - eg: Who creates drawing A/c in Private Ltd Co. Working on Sundays and late night is normal with no extra pay. Firm does not believe in working efficiently, they feel sitting extra hours will help them to pretend that they are working. You have to ask permission daily from Seniors and Partner while leaving the office. During Interview, they asked more about family & personal things rather than knowledge, skill & experience.
