Worst company. Pathetic management. No etiquettes. No professionalism. Keep the salary of their employees. They keep the employees to get the work done and after the work is completed, they terminate employees giving the reason that the company is running in loss, and keep their salary. Don't spoil your career by joining this company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Nothing to like there. they were promised a certain amount during the hiring process but after joining, the salary was negotiated down. They are froud and they planned such a legal things from starting so that they can play with salary negotiations as they didn't provide any amount in written.

Overall my experience was negative due to the unprofessional owner, unpaid salary, lack of respect of employees time and aggreement, they expect employees to stay in office after working hours, office timing is 10:00 to 6:30 but the owner shedule meeting after 6:30 only, very unprofessional owner.
